Most of the volume was in the first 35 min of today’s regular session.
Hardly any volume pre-market.
Will know @ 5pm how much of the volume after the 35 min was short volume.
It’ll be interesting to see where it closes today!

What drug or PR you’re referring to

Glad I grabbed the last of my buys yesterday. Unfortunately, I had an opportunity sub $7 and said be patient.
When I checked later on and saw the price, that waiting cost me a 10 gain..

Done buying, time to let it go and see where its at come August..

Note, in a PR they just did, they talked about how one of the existing drugs on the market is 'effective' for
less than a month. Talked about how they are 'effective' for at least 3 months.

One of my questions I had early on was, no secret some drugs can lose their effectiveness with time
and have to come off, let it flush out of their system and then try using i again. But my question was/is,
how long will this stuff be effective. And will that be a 'question' they get asked as part of the approval
decision

I didn’t know you were a day-trader.
Oversold doesn’t mean ready to bounce.
Is it no longer oversold, in a couple of hours!
Stocks can remain oversold & overbought longer than one can stay liquid!
Not getting greedy is a good strategy!
Good luck..

Short interest EOD March 4th is only 3.58% of outstanding 5.59 million shares.
tnxp is down 85% in 1 month.
You bought in @ your target price, then bailed out!
Why?
Would you care to share!

You’d better get the outstanding number of shares from the company filing.
It’s different on different sites, entered the wrong number &/or not updated!
Bloomberg has 1.869 millions outstanding for tnxp, which is grossly wrong.
I sent Bloomberg support an email on Sunday requesting clarification or correction.

It needs to show a reverse on higher volume, then look for getting in, soon!
Good luck.

OK, so the float was 5.59 Million shares post the split.
I opined that it wouldn't surprise me to see this number climb towards
7 million because I expected the company to sell some for cash post the split.

Which is why I cut my target price down to $75-85/sh
(@85, be $600 Mil or so market cap) Getting a bit rich for initial sales IF approved.
But that would still be a nice 300% return for those holding shares at $20/sh ($4 for $1 invested)

See on Yahoo, they are reporting the IMPLIED share count is 5.92 Mil. No record of what that
is based on or if it includes the add't 400,000 shares. But if it doesn't, still leaves the share count
short of my 7 Mil projection, to the tune of 6.3 Mil shares.

So, not too bad 'yet'... Long 5 months to go to Aug 15th. Again, not a fan of this happening, nor
of secondary's, but as long as there is a chance of at least doubling up from my APS (currently $18)
in a year or so, I will not complain.

And as a side note, I see the LOW analyst target price has moved up from $350 to now at $400...
Which of course, I won't complain about either..

The party is taking a break, or forced into it!
It’s clear the markets were over-extended.
Young investors got used to One Way market direction up.
Momentum has been strong, runaway train.
If the markets don’t reverse very soon, train derail is likely.
Violated few strong support levels already.
A breather is in order, but not to be mistaken with the end of correction! It takes time to play out.
About the extreme shorts, it’s being played thru the Options market.
$100,000,000 single Put option bet was placed on NVDA last Friday, strike $115, todays low $110. You know MAG 7 influence on the indexes!
Then top it with Trump’s move.
Play defensive, hedge is too expensive when under extreme fear condition.
I abandoned my Put Spread on QQQ & SPY, 2 days too soon.
Out watching it play out, popcorn time.
Better let the sharks feed!

So guessing the short numbers are now up again.
Some serious one minute spikes in volume to help the
price trend lower today..

Got a very weak stock market (someone predicted a certain
political party would burn the economy down to blame/attack
a President with).

And there was a report of a very heavy overall short status in the market
with the shorts working to do even more damage than already happened.
Looks like round 2 is underway. Not to say, there weren't a lot of stocks
overdue for a correction due to overvaluation. But when this type of sell off
happens, it takes very few prisoners as the carnage goes across the board.

Yep, days like this and the FEAR factor amplifies helping those behind it, 'win'.
(ie, make money for those aiding and abetting the carnage)

Until the company has great news on the clinical trials, the stock price will continue to slide. The best move for me would be to average down on the stock price. Once the drug is released to market, this company could be worth 1 billion dollars.

This company has shown it is worthless as a turd in the toilet. The CEO is an idiot. Why didn't the company buy back the shares even it they had to borrow the funds. Overall the stock value would have been much higher today. The 1:100 split was total bullshit. As soon as the split was sprung on us, the stock price plummeted to more than 60%. This POS has continued to drop like a pile of shit in a septic tank. These morons in this company should reassess their position in the market and develop a plan to boost the company capitalization value. The only thing the company is attracting are flies on a pile of shit!!

Isn’t “Hard to Borrow” is a way brokers justify to charge outrageous interest rates!
Naked short selling is illegal, but they can’t resist doing it, right!
2 days after the reverse split, short interest exceeded outstanding shares.
I am thinking, reward/risk in no longer in favor of shorting & more shareholders not holding tnxp on margin (paid in full) are locking their shares.
Remains TBD, in time.

I like you assessment criteria for pharmas. Right on.
Plus, MTA has been a holding of mine for quite some time.
I liked the prior CEO as he was more cautious in the purchasing/injecting.
Still the companies invested in are continually coming on line.

I feel lucky here in Tonix... only down 46%!! Looking for my signal to add.

Been doing this as a side hobby for 25 years now. Still don't always
get it right.

There is a book called the GORILLA TRADER that came out in the late 90s
2000 timeframe that I could have wrote from the aspect of WHAT TO BUY.
Essentially the book says, find something that WILL SELL cause its needed,
find something that will revolutionize the sector its in. Getting a lot harder for
the tech sector (step changes vs small incremental ones over whats already
on the market) to do this, which is why I focus on bios.

Next is to study what Investors Business Daily puts out. There is a book on how
to analyze stocks from a fundamental standpoint called HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN
STOCKS (WIlliam ONeil). The reason I promote this book is to help avoid paying
too much for a stock, how to use charts to try and time a buy. For some like TNXP,
I practice a combination of what the chart is showing and is the price a good one
relative to a target price (vs getting a perfect bottom: Note, I am now in a small trade
on KOLD because of what its chart is showing me, and why I mentioned the other day,
TNXPs chart is hinting (not quite there yet for an 'ideal' buy point using my system)

And then there is the theory that you need to hold a bunch of stocks to diversity your
holdings for protection (I call it diluting your returns). Instead, find 3 or 4 good ones,
get in at a price with room to grow towards a CONSERVATIVE target price vs some
wild ass one designed to sucker folks.

And then its a lot easier to just open up the 'news'/monitor the 3 or 4 you hold.
And its easier to relax when even if the price is pulling back because of a short attack
combined with an attack on the overall economy to make people angry?? Cause if you
are right with your assessment regarding why you bought into something, that you didn't
overpay to play relative to a target price (ie, in sub $20, target price of $80, even if it only
gets to $50, you stand to make something. IE, it should work out

and yes, I am retired. Or as I taught my kids, your goal is to not waste your money as you
go thru life, but enjoy it sanely vs throwing the money you have away on BS things. And do
things to see if you can make it possible to get out of the rat race as early as possible without
putting yourself in fiscal hell once you do...And they got their first credit card at 16 (started
building their credit history (had to fight the bank we use to give them one), first trading acct
at 16. So they are on their way.. Now they just need a little good fortune that a pick like
TNXP works out..

Good luck and if you have kids, get them started on being fiscally savy as soon as they can handle it.

It’s clear to all that you’re “BEARISH’ on TNXP!
You’re exposing your bottom!
Why @ $7, not that it makes a difference to anyone, as it shouldn’t.
So, if you get in @ $7, will you be converting to “Bullish”! & Why?
Just curious what indicators are you going by!

I fired a Merril Lynch broker in my early days for talking me into trading out of a
winning position for a losing one despite my reluctance to do so. Thats when I
found out how 'nice' a commission she got for talking me into doing it.

And I agree, early in their life cycle, a lot of baby bios sell shares, reverse split
and repeat it. Some many times.

Why I just said, I never invest until at least the PH 2 is done and the timeline for
moving ahead is recognized. And that also means waiting till the end of the PH 3 is
approaching with the share price at its lows. (in the case of TNXP, its all about
how much you paid pre-post r/split that counts relative to its 'conservative' target price.

And I just gave you my approach to investing in bios. Far too often, the idea has no
real chance of succeeding, far too often its just a fraction better than whats already on
the market. And should be left alone unless one is trading their chart for what it gives vs
for the idea to succeed (momentum trades)

and to tell you how difficult it is to find something I like?? I recently went thru all the bios
listed on the NASD/Dow that have been IPOd less than 5 years (about the timeline to get into
a PH3 anymore). Out of I forget the number of them, there were less than 5 that got my interest
cause they are needed, should be beneficial and with potential to succeed. Not ready to recommend
any of them cause I haven't done my deep homework on them cause they have time to get there
and I have enough already.

And on TNXP, yeah its been a rollercoaster recently, BUT it is again, NEEDED, shown it has the
potential to work, and now has a date for a decision. As I told someone just the other night, even
if you don't trust it to be passed, there is a really good chance it will at least double in price between
now and Aug that could be sold out of just before the decision date if they don't surprise before 15 Aug.
And oh yeah, it has some money now to operate..

Is it a given you can make money from $20 or less? Nope, but the information we have indicates its likely
you could. Which is why I have been adding since the pullback on the r/split..

Good luck..

I am glad you know what you are doing better than I. All I know is that I have seen way too many stocks that create offerings (dilution), share prices drop, then the reverse splits and then the cycle starts all over again. These companies sell nothing and just use this game to syphon all the $$$ from shareholders to fund operations. I have seen this now for 20 years and nothing has changed. No one gets rich from stocks, they just steal from others. Every one on forums is a liar. In fact I "invested" $2,000 in 1999 using Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a broker. MY financial advisor told me what stocks to buy and I listened. Within a month or so SHE let me know all of them dropped in price. She advised me to SELL because her words "it's like catching a falling knife". So she turned my $2,000 into $700

How do you like that chit? A financial advisor LOSING my money for me. Does not get more crooked than that.

If I knew how to make money, I would spread the tips to help others, especially if that was my job like that lady at Morgan.

There is some creature named Rotten Kitty who somehow magically has a crystal ball and knew when AMC & GME were going to explode. It claims it knew by smarts. I say BS. It knew because it is a family member of the deep state families who run this game.

P.S. I had a coworker chinaman years ago who had a friend in the horses. His friend would give him tips on what horse was going to WIN a certain race. My coworker won each and every time with those tips. His friend was a true friend. Shared the blessings. These people no longer exist. It's me myself and I that matters only to everyone in this world.

I once gave a complete stranger lady in a wheelchair $2.00 to play the scratch off tickets from the machine in the store. She wanted me to wait around in case she won to give me half the winnings. I said to her "no, that is all yours to keep" and I walked out. Maybe I am the dumbass in this world.

Actually, ya might want to look at how you invest, when you invest.

First of all, familiar with cvm for some time now. Would have never bought it

ADXT is trying to be a royalty company, not a good investment idea unless
the companies they are hoping to get money from is actually making money to
give to them. There is a company called MTA, they inject capital into gold and silver
start ups hoping to SOME YEAR collect money once they start operations. They have
been losing money for several years now. But I like the idea, but I won't own their
shares till more of those they have injected capital in are actually paying them (see RGLD)

On TNXP, yeah, you sound like you bought into a MOMENTUM run, not really a good idea.
Cause you have to anticipate a pullback will occur. Best when they happen to sit on your hands
and see where they bottom out at. Even if it means you end up paying more...

So to close TNXP isn't a scam with its 2 (essentially 3) PH3s and an FDA acceptance of their
submission. Note: I had a boat load at 18 cents range...

and just made my last add this morn...

Now to see if this thing with a market cap of less than $50 Mil can push that market cap to say $100 Mil
for starters, then IF approved, towards $80/sh...

Good luck... but ya might want to evaluate what you are buying into for starters..

AKA: questions I ask for bios::
-is the development NEEDED, is it going to fill a currently UNMET NEED (ie, if it works, it should see demand/sell)
-is the PH 2 over, did it 'meet/beat' the end points and by how much
-will the PH 3 be a repeat of the PH 2 with just more participants involved
-and last, is it a simple development vs complex with difficulty assessing its effectiveness raising the odds of it
failing to meet, confirm it 'works'...

I loaded! I'm ready, it would be enough for it to recover 0.000001% on the all-time highs and we would be in orbit or $ 1 pre R/S.
nothing impossible but it will take the summer and if it gets there it will only stay there for a short time I imagine
For now 44 million MC

I got cashed out and ended up with $1.96 out of the $8.67 I paid. These NASDAQ stocks and OTC stocks are all scams in my opinion.

Yes, it traded higher than yesterday’s high, but
It opened @ lower than yesterday’s close & It hit a new all time low.
On a very low volume, almost matching the lowest volume since the RS.
The jury is still out.

Stay away from this my friend, it is no different than the CVM, ADTX, etc. scams. I lost a ton of money with all these. Tonix = Toxic.

We are all on this board to share our thoughts/feelings - Tnxp!
You know your bottom & you’re waiting on it.
Good luck to you & thank you for sharing.
When the time comes, don’t let anyone keep you from grabbing it!
I am too still waiting, I think it’ll reach my bottom too!
When the time comes, I’ll be grabbing more of it.
Then let the waiting game begins!

Your bottom is not my bottom.
I doubt I can change your mind.
So, I am not revealing my bottom now.
But I’ve provided one of the signs, B4.

Look at technical indicators & facts & valuations.
Anyone trading on “maybe” Or “feelings” or anything like that, Maybe better off go to Las Vegas!
The “Maybe” strategy has a better chance, maybe!
Maybe Tnxp will turn into a “meme” & maybe longs will hit the jackpot & shorts feel the pain!

Today closed a buy signal for me from a charting standpoint.

Doesn't mean its going up from here, but its an indication that I look for as
part of a confirmation things HAVE changed. Need one more thing to happen.

And I doubt the shorts are done with it yet, but the signals start to change when the
complaining of how bad it is, or that folks are SURE its going lower the loudest. (smile)
