If tnx-102 SL get marketing approval next year, tnxp price will rocket.
Meanwhile, watch 200 dma slope
Price Cross over 200 dma would be good.
I will be tracking a rising 50 dma, to cross rising 200 dma for long term trend.
Give it time,
Not a short term trader.
I am thinking it will not drop down that much.
If it drops to 24, as some of you noted, will pick up 130,000 more shares & hold it as long term investment (lower federal tax)

If those who represent the market have decided that it goes up, then it goes up! The market is those who have a lot of money and know much more than those who write here! When and how they decide and you can only hope you have caught their plans.... Shareholders are usually chickens. PLRZ: LOL.. all they did was find someone to make the compound they NEED
to START a clinical trial. They did not get APPROVAL of a drug.

The market reaction to this news is amusing as hell. Who in the hell in their right
mind would chase a share price up on news like this that is 'worthless' other than
being 'noise' given where this means at best, they can commence a clinical trial thats
going to take at least 2-3 years to near completion.. LOL

But what this market reaction does confirm? This market is desperate to find something
that is not overvalued, that can justify a higher share price.

As I told someone last night, the key right now is, if you buy NOW
(he bought at 36 cents and I recommended considering an add this morn),
and it hits $3/sh, would you be happy.

Yep, you could hope to get maybe 5 or 10 cents lower, or it could pop up
now that the craziness is over and folks recognize what this news means and
they start to quietly accumulate while others are still focused on what just
happened.

Said if it goes to $3 from 36, you will be quite happy, even from 50 cents, you
will be happy with the results.

The key now is, do you believe what you know, do you trust management and the
claims regarding the clinical trials effectiveness. My only question again is, were
the trials 'good enough' so that the results are unquestionable, the data reliable.
Still don't know, but at least they are heading into a review. (and given that they
ran 3 trials and if the 2nd one hadn't seen some side effects of the covid hoax, and
they claim all 3 'passed' on effectiveness?)...

Getting the PDUFA date will set up the next catalyst for the share price. In the meantime,
assess what you know/believe you understand. And make a decision about the 'possibility'
of a target price of your 'choosing'..

And good luck. But time to stop waffling, stop complaining about what happened cause its
over. Time to move on.. and hope what we believe we 'know' (best we can do right?) will
be good enough to push them across the fdas finish line...

Luckily I have plrz. Huge news just hit it looks like. Spiking heavy this morning and I don't think they can short or dilute because it just ipo'd not too long ago. I may be wrong but it looks like they just complete approval of an allergy drug. Will be watching tnxp closely this morning.

So does the SSR short restricted rule also cover tomorrow or just today?

Looks like it t hit 57 this morning. I need to get webull it fidelity so I can start trading at 4am. Can't start until 7am on Robinhood and E-Trade. But usually I've noticed the price gets to at least the pre market highs unless it spikes on news or a pump from a you tuber with a huge following.

By day 74 from NDA submittal (Dec 31st), the FDA will decide if TNXP will be granted expedited review for marketing approval. If granted, then expect outcome in 6 months, otherwise it could take up to 10 months.
Most likely expedited review will be granted by year end.

this is what happens when large groups of short sellers are in control of a stock. this stock dived only because of short sellers who set it up and waited and as the spike happened today, they all sold, sending the stock crashing , causing panic with average single investors who panic sold their stock in response. this stock is not safe to invest in as long as short sellers are actively driving this stock.
