d-1 - I am very familiar with Sunhydrogen process, and they have demonstrated that they can indeed produce hydrogen for under $2.00/kg !

Amazing. Just one minor problem. You can't use this hydrogen in a Fuel Cell, but it's fine for other applications not requiring pure hydrogen.
