Access to capital comes at a price - it's toxic AF!  Listing on OTCQB requires 30 consecutive days of being over .01 which seems like impossible task.  Don't forget massive dilution that's coming our way too,

Today’s high wasn’t even close to $3.10, so there are doubters out there. I think you need a better calculator, LOL. The high today was $3.05 and the close was $3.03, which is a scant 2.3% discount to the buyout offer.
