APPLICATION FOR LISTING OF CONSIDERATION SHARES

 

Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the London
Stock Exchange of 836,520 ordinary shares of ZAR0.50 in the Company (which has
a secondary listing in London and its primary listing in Johannesburg) which
have been issued and allotted by the company. Of the 836,520 ordinary shares in
the Company 564,841 were issued in respect of an acquisition of an interest in
Artic Platinum Partnership and 271,679 were issued in respect of the GF
Management Incentive Scheme. It is expected that such admission will become
effective and that dealings in those shares will commence in London on 14
November 2003.
