I think most of the more fees you are referring to is commissions to the Placement Agent. Equity raises might be 5-7%. Working backwards, a 1.5% on the $50M debt facility may have been the case. The rest would be legal, etc. I am sure the entire credit facility will be fully drawn because timing is
