                  Exercise of Warrants and Additional Listing

The Company has received notice of the conversion of warrants over 1,250,000
fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at 3p per share. The Company has made
application for the 1,250,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 12 August 2003.
