Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme 19 April - 21 April 2023

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its EUR150 million share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2023.

During the week of 19 April 2023 up to and including 21 April 2023 a total of 277,740 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR15.6471 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 277,740 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 21 April 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to EUR4,345,821.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
