The Company announces that it received formal notification on 15 November 2006
that, following the sale of 7,967,391 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company on 14 November 2006, AMVESCAP PLC and subsidiary companies on behalf of
discretionary clients no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.



In addition, the Company received notification on 15 November 2006 that,
following the sale of 3,840,921 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company,
INVESCO PERPETUAL AiM VCT PLC ("INVESCO"), no longer has a notifiable interest
in the Company.



The sale of 3,840,921 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company by INVESCO,
as detailed above, is also covered within the notification from AMVESCAP PLC.
