                 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company")

                             ENDING OF OFFER PERIOD


On 9 November 2006 the Board of Chariot announced that, following its trading
update announcement on 17 October which referred to poor ticket sales, the Board
had received a number of proposals for the Company including: the disposal of
assets by the Company; an investment in the Company; and a possible offer for
the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company.

The Board has now ceased all discussions regarding a possible offer for the
Company's shares and therefore, under the rules of the City Code, the offer
period has ended.

The Board is continuing to evaluate the other proposals received from a number
of parties which relate either to the disposal of the Company's assets or to an
investment in the Company.

In the event that the Company is unable to dispose of any of its assets or does
not receive further funding the Board may need to consider an orderly wind down
of the Company's operations.

A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
