                           Annual Report and Accounts


Chariot announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30
April 2007 were posted to its shareholders yesterday. Copies of the accounts
will be available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement,
free of charge, from the Company's Nominated Adviser, Noble & Company Limited,
5th Floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR. The accounts will also be
available on the Company's website in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules
for Companies.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday 19
November 2007 at the offices of Noble & Company Limited, 120 Old Broad Street,
London, EC2N 1AR.
