the AIM quoted West Africa, UK, and Ireland focused oil and gas
exploration, development, and production company, announces that
William Holland, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 697,484
ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 0.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Holland
