Directorate changes 
 
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Evans as an 
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 August 
2010. Mr Evans has over 20 years' experience as a private equity industry 
professional with expertise in managing private equity investments for limited 
partnerships, investment trusts and banks. 
 
Tim How will stand down as non-executive director of the Company with effect 
from 1 August 2010 due to the need to comply with Listing Rule 15.2.12, which 
prohibits a majority of directors being directors of other investment companies 
managed by the same investment manager. 
 
Mr Evans is not, and has not been at any time in the previous five years, a 
director of any other publicly quoted company. There are no details in respect 
of Mr Evans requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) of the 
Listing Rules.
