Publication of Notice of General Meeting 2024

Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO) announces that it has today published a Notice of General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2024.

As outlined in the Company's Results of Annual General Meeting statement published on 23 May 2024, the purpose of the General Meeting is to seek the re-election of Vitalii Lisovenko to the Board of Directors.
