Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company has received the following notifications:

Notification 1

The Company received notification from INVESCO Perpetual AIM VCT 2 Trust that
it has an interest over 120,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company
representing approximately 5.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.

Notification 2

The Company received notification from INVESCO Plc that it has an interest over
128,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company representing approximately
5.52 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Notification 3

The Company received notification from Electra Quoted Management Limited that
Electra Kingsway VCT Plc and Electra Kingsway VCT 2 Plc have an interest over
290,530,031 ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company representing approximately
12.50 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 2,325,188,070 ordinary shares
of 0.25 pence each.
