("Samuel Heath" or "the Company")

Director / PDMR Shareholding

On 26 November 2010, the directors of Samuel Heath received notification that on 24 November 2010, Samuel Bonython Heath (Executive Chairman) acquired 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company from the MJ Legge Children's Settlement Trust, of which Martin Joseph Legge (Senior Non-executive Director) is a trustee, at a price of 355 pence per Ordinary Share. On that same date, Mr Legge gifted, in his capacity as trustee, a further 7 500 Ordinary Shares from the MJ Legge Children's Settlement Trust to the beneficiaries of that trust.

Following these transactions, Mr Heath now has a beneficial interest in 488,081 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.26% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Legge no longer has a non-beneficial in any Ordinary Shares. Mr Legge's beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.18% of the Company's issued share capital, remains unchanged.
