The Company announces that it has received notification that Mr S B Heath, Chairman of the Company has acquired 5,000 ordinary shares at a cost of GBP3.15 per share.

Mr S B Heath's shareholding is now 492,081 ordinary shares, representing 19.41 per cent of the issued share capital.
