                       Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

IDMoS PLC (AIM:IDM), the disease detection technology company, today notifies, in 
conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the market 
of the following:

IDMoS PLC's issued share capital consists of 18,358,925 ordinary shares with a 
nominal value of 5 pence each, with voting rights. IDMoS PLC does not hold any 
ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in IDMoS PLC is 18,358,925.

The above figure of 18,358,925 shares may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required 
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, IDMoS PLC under the 
Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
