On 12 March 2024, Intertek Group plc (the
'Company') was notified of the following transaction which took
place in London with respect to André
Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and PDMR
relating to the vesting of share awards under the 2021 Long Term
Incentive Plan.
Following the vesting of share awards, the
subsequent number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company were, respectively, acquired and cash settled to cover
tax and NI liabilities, on 12 March 2024
