REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF LISTING

Justice Holdings Limited announced today that it has requested for the listing of its securities to be cancelled from the Official List of the FSA and for the admission to trading of its securities to be cancelled from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company wishes to confirm that the cancellation will take effect from 19 July 2012 and not 18 July as was previously communicated.
