                                Grant of Options

The Company announces that, on 30 August 2006, it resolved to grant options over
250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, to Nigel
Goldsmith following his appointment as Finance Director. These options are
exercisable at a price of 10 pence per share.
