Investment activity 
On 27 October 2010 the Company invested a further  GBP2,375 into EKF Diagnostics 
Holdings plc, a marketing company. 
 
Buy-backs 
During the period the Company did not buy back any shares. 
 
Material events and transactions 
The Fund's Board is not aware of any other significant event or transaction 
which has occurred between the 1 September 2010 and the date of publication of 
this statement which would have a material impact on the financial position on 
the Fund.
