Grant of Options under the
Phoenix Group Holdings plc ShareSave Scheme
The following notification is made
under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation on 31 October
2024, the following share Options ("Options") were granted to
certain Directors/PDMRs under the Phoenix Group Holdings plc 2024
ShareSave Scheme. The Option price of £4.18 was set in
accordance with HMRC rules of the plan for both three and five-year
schemes.
The ShareSave contracts will
commence on 1 December 2024. Options will be exercisable for a
period of six-months following the maturity date of 1 December
2027.
The following PDMRs have
participated in the plan under which a total of 14,642 Options have
been granted.
