Qihang Equipment Company Limited ("Qihang" or "Company") announces the resignation with immediate effect of Mr Li Yuanqing and Mr Yuan Meirong as directors of the Company.

Furthermore, Qihang has been notified that Mr Li no longer controls Proud Style Limited, which owns 38,825,737 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 66 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital. The Company has not been notified by Proud Style Limited of its new controller or owner.
