Suspension of listing 
 
The Board refers to the circular published by the Company on 14 November 2014 
in connection with the recommended proposal for the members' voluntary 
liquidation of the Company which shareholders may vote on at today's general 
meeting. 
 
In view of the proposed vote, the Company announces that the listing of its 
ordinary shares of 25 pence each (ISIN - GB0007325185), which are traded on the 
main market of the London Stock Exchange, was suspended from 7:30 a.m. today. A 
further announcement will be made by the Company following the general meeting 
later today.
