Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 27 December 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 135,129 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,476.34 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 46,334,996 ordinary shares held in treasury and 130,772,962 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
