CFO Appointment and Board
Update
The Property Franchise Group PLC,
the UK's largest multi-brand property franchisor,
announces that after a successful transition period, Ben Dodds will
assume the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 2
January 2025.
David Raggett, outgoing Chief
Financial Officer, will continue to support the Group with a number
of ongoing projects.
Gareth Samples, Chief Executive Officer of The Property
Franchise Group, commented: "On
behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for his
significant contribution to our Group. I have worked closely with
David and I am very grateful for his drive and determination which
has helped to deliver the transformational growth The Property
Franchise Group has achieved over the past four years.

wealth of experience. In his first three months with us, he has
demonstrated an outstanding level of energy and enthusiasm coupled
with real perceptive insight into the exciting challenges the Group
