In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Taylor Wimpey plc
(the "Company") was advised yesterday by Apex Group Limited, as
Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, that as a result of
participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment
Plan ("DRIP") in respect of the 2021 Final Dividend paid by the
Company, on 13 May 2022, the following number of ordinary shares in
the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus
awards granted under the Taylor Wimpey Executive Incentive Scheme
to the Directors named below.
