2008 Report and Accounts posted 
 
 
Restoration of trading on AIM 
 
 
Woburn Energy (AIM: WBN) is pleased to announce that it has today posted its 
Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 to shareholders. 
Accordingly, trading on AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares will recommence 
from 7.00am today. 
 
 
In addition, the Company has made an application for admission to AIM of the 
First Subscription Shares to be issued to Cetus Investment Resources Inc, which 
is expected to become effective from 3 February 2009. Completion of the 
subscription by Cetus Investment Resources Inc is therefore expected to occur on 
3 February 2009. A further announcement will be made in due course.
