                           New #900,000 Contract Win

Speymill, the Leisure and Hotel Division of AIM listed The Wigmore Group plc, is
pleased to announce a new contract win with existing client J.D.Wetherspoons
Plc. The contract for the Queens Hotel at Burnham on Sea is to provide
refurbishment of an existing Victorian hotel with a new bar, managers flats and
kitchen. The contract value is in excess of #900,000 and is scheduled to start
in mid October, lasting 23 weeks.
