Why are you still looking at this stock? Have you even seen all the new products they have made in the last 3 years? They make their own transistors, lowest NF mmics, LNBs, 5G radios, and much more. Thee products are not BS, they are real. Instead of taking the company all the time finds another board to infect. The CEO has used the cash from the IPO to develop all these new products. It looks like those are ready to fly next year. The CEO always said not to expect profitability in the first 3 years, so it's not for day traders like you. All of their big customers last year lost billions due to the recession and economy, so that causes a trickle-down effect in the whole micro-cap market, which wasn't expected. They have real products and will come back next couple of years. JMD, When you trash a company for years, you don't see the positive. Just find another company to trash.

JMD,
USPTO "Allowance" isn't a Patent, most of Allowances end in nothing (akin to most aspiring musiciansnot becoming famous), a few go on to become a Patent & thus public. "Allowance" only means a claim survived opposition by USPTO junior EEngineering examiners, whether claim contains patentable "New Art" (using USPTO lingo) isn't yet determined, Allowance just means a claim is NOT nonsense, but neither is Patentable pending outcome of long & arduous pending examination.
P.S. If succeeds, Fawad would need to pay for registering it (Patent) & nowadays it's a hefty amoint...

YOU SPAM Alot.
Barrage of hyped/inflated claims as usual for years desperately trying to compensate for the lack of products to compete against increasingly sophisticated competition?
Do YOU EVEN KNOW what "Allowance" in USPTO's language means ? I've worked in USPTO-related matters and "Allowance" means little - it merely states a Patent claim wasn't rejected outright or it "survived opposition", was viewed by a junior (GS-5/7 ?) EE engienering clerk at USPTO (Iam equiv to GS-11 to 13). It will be arduously long process & one which requires AmpliTech to pay much - if Patent even proceeeds to materialization. In past Fawad didn't want to pay for any patents (neither do some ultra-successful co's, like Marki Microwave), once registered a Patent is published & opens "dual-edge sword", on one hand you may spend effort/money prosecuting those who copy you & recover partial/or full losses, on other hand industry will see patents & in "some remote countries" copy you without much punity. It's a tricky decisions - one which AmpliTech in past never proceeded thru since its birth in 1999 (AmpliComm)/2001 (AmpliTech replaces AmpliComm)
Fawad been trying to patent 25-year old technology for many years, and now this "new" 5G (don't forget his claims of 6G, 7G) inventions :) Bring it on to a remote island of natives & tell them "we invented a Question Mark ("?") nowdays used worldwide but we're not collecting royalties on its usage"
ANYway,
I wish well to AmpliTech as it was my school, a tremendous uplift of career, Fawad is a good Engineer & Executive, TEACHER, & a good Person who helped his employees, good memories,
but please moderate your spamming/repetitive hype. It's a good company, just not as high in "Stratosphere" as it claims in exaggerated PR's/IR's press.releases.
P.S.
Even tho, Fawad did invent stuff in past era (& received prestigious Motorola award... before AmpliTech was born)

Hello Monksdream, I remember back around 6 years ago when Obrien and the other moderator were telling how great AmpliTech was. I heard somewhere the other moderator was the CEO’s brother. But I do not know this for a fact. They said AmpliTech has the best LNA’s for Quantum. The best LNA for commercial aircraft satellite, the best for space. Just so many stories about how the AmpliTech products are the best in the world. I cannot remember all the BS. Well, if the products are really so good then why is AmpliTech doing so bad. The amplifiers look like something 30 years old. The competition’s products look like new innovations. You can simply compare and see this. Someone should investigate all of these, in my opinion false stories. And these stories keep coming to this day. Anyway, about 6 years ago AmpliTech was around a $1 Million dollar company. Maybe a little more. Then AmpliTech hires, I think it was the Maxim Group and hypes up all these let’s be kind and say exaggerated stories. Then AmpliTech raised twenty something million dollars. I think $24M. They were not even worth $1 Million in my opinion. The stock skyrockets up. So Obrien and the other moderator get rich on selling the stock based on let’s be kind again and say exaggerations. AmpliTech gets moved up from the OTC exchange to the NASDAQ. Maxim gets rich, the AmpliTech owners sell their options and get rich. And all the stockholders lose so much money. Both Advisors and I told everyone that this is all BS. We warned everyone these products are not good.
What is next? I do not know but my guess is they will run out of money very soon and must raise more.

Exactly right JMD. You mirror my words from a decade+ ago. Ironically, his solution was to spend more on "Talking Heads"/Lawyers/Presentations/so-called "Investors Relations" & etc "PR", than on real brains i.e. engineers/scientists/analysts.
But whatever - it does look excellent on my Resume IF reader is keenly aware of DATEs (years) I specify on Resume - back when AmpliTech was indeed one of unique top-performign yet economic LNAmplifiers designer & maker based on venerable Miteq's workforce including Himself. I mean, Fawad was "God of LNAs" back then. Unfortunately it's been frozen in time since, while industry progressed.
But I wish the best to Him & Company b/c NONE of the events that followed can negate the goodness we received from Fawad, both in employment & professional learnign that we later brought to elsehwere and on personal level (liek free 2-storey condo in a gated community I'll never forget, Free for half year & then not Free but still cheap, pool, gold course, quiet, park, etc).
He was the man.
P.S.
I wonder, tho might be fatally wrong since my background is 85% Technical, not Business, if one could sell existing company, wipe off the debts/etc trouble, wait 2 years or whatever NDA/NCA requires upon sale of an IP-based busienss (liek this one), and then restart afresh - somethign very new.
But alternatively Fawad could simply push a button, send his Resume & be hired quickly at some top executive role in a large RFMW/[& even RF.over.FiberOptic] company, tho a typical CEO liek him don't tolerate taking orders/be managed by too many others - the loss of "Total Control" is probably a hard blow that would inhibit his desire to quit running own biz & get hired to work for somebody else.
And frankly New York became depleted of good RFMW co's to be hired by, anyway, they're all where I moved to (California) & Texas, Maryland, some New Hampshire/Mass, a few in Florida. Miteq isn't what it was before 2010, it's been a long time since its importance ceased, even L3 spun-off it from L3NardaMiteq long ago.
You can just look at Careers/Employment link on website of ANY company & guess if they're doing OK, not OK, & what new/hot (but not established/old) projects they're upto
But then again overdose of Caffeine w/roasted Dolphin's feet is harming my writing ability, at the moment.
P.P.S. I just read a new WhitePaper from IEEE abt AI aid in ICchip design, crazy developments ! Not merely suggest a schedule or place to live or add a coupel numbers, but actually partially useful help in coding & ICchip design. Human engieners beware !

AmpliTech Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMPG), a designer, developer, and manufacturer of state-of-the-art signal-processing components for satellite, 5G, other communications networks, design of complete 5G/6G systems, global distributor of packages and lids for integrated circuit assembly, today announced teaming up with the Open6G Open Testing and Integration Center (OTIC) at the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) at Northeastern University (NU) to perform 5G interoperability testing (IOT) and conformance testing of its newly released, leading edge O-RAN CAT B 64T64R MIMO radio unit (O-RU). This activity will take place at the Open6G OTIC in Boston and Burlington, Massachusetts.
The NU Open6G OTIC will provide a comprehensive platform for end-to-end and automated integration and testing of the AmpliTech O-RU in a multi-vendor environment. Several CU/DU (Central Unit/Distribution Unit) vendors have expressed interest in conducting interoperability testing with AGTGSS’s 64T64R O-RU. Thanks to the Open6G OTIC support, new market entrants can gain an advantage and explore new solutions for O-RAN systems.
The NU Open6G OTIC and AGTGSS will conduct IOT and conformance testing to ensure that the radios meet the necessary capacity and throughput requirements sought by MNOs (Mobile Network Operators). These major MNOs compel traditional vendors to open their fronthaul for third parties to achieve successful interoperability. From the perspective of MNOs, these stable traditional vendors are deemed capable of accommodating AGTGSS as a third-party radio vendor without compromising key performance indicators (KPIs). Notably, The Open6G Open Testing and Integration Center (OTIC) at the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) at Northeastern University, also partners with AT&T and Verizon as a neutral testing facility in the Acceleration of Compatibility and Commercialization for Open RAN Deployments Consortium (ACCoRD) framework.
Although AGTGSS has a verbal agreement with a major 5G international CU/DU player to jointly participate in this endeavor, (to be formally announced at a later date), this interoperability testing is not exclusive to a single CU/DU vendor; any CU/DU vendor can participate in the testing. AmpliTech Group and the NU Open6G OTIC can support the creation and testing of multiple options for MNOs, aligning with the multi-vendor and interoperability core principle of Open RAN. The end-to-end interoperability testing, conducted by the Open6G OTIC, will provide a platform for any vendor to bring and test their infrastructure. AGTGSS teaming up with Northeastern University extends beyond testing, aiming to incorporate orchestration and automation-based RIC companies to develop xApp and rApp for both Near-Real-Time and Non-Real-Time applications.
Given the Department of Defense (DoD) emphasis on "Buy and Purchase in USA", supported by MNOs, it is essential to have such labs in the US to conduct high configuration radio testing and other end-to-end activities.
AGTGSS has implemented pre-coding to its CAT B O-RU, effectively reducing congestion on the fronthaul. This differs from older technology CAT-A radios, where each antenna requires a direct connection to the DU via RF chains, leading to fronthaul congestion due to numerous RF chains. Leveraging our existing CAT-B, 64T64R configuration, Northeastern University and AmpliTech Group are prepared to explore ULPI (CAT-A, CAT-B, & Class A), which promises further enhancements in radio performance.
Fawad Maqbool, CEO of AmpliTech Group, stated, “This is yet another major accomplishment in our constant push to bring 5G solutions to the industry. We are proudly teaming up with the Northeastern University Open6G OTIC to conduct this key interoperability testing and certification of our radios. Our collaboration extends beyond research, aiming to deliver practical end-to-end systems to MNOs, thereby making O-RAN adoption acceptable to key industry players.”
