Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 2, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), Mr. Adam Eilenberg, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Board, effective as of the Effective Date. Mr. Eilenberg’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company. On December 5, 2024, the Board approved Mr. Eilenberg’s resignation, effective as of the Effective Date. The Board is actively engaged in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Eilenberg’s resignation.
