Fisher Communications, Inc. (MM) (FSCI) Cotización

Rather twisted dividend scenario here. Had to call Fidelity, to be sure I still have time to buy some shares til mid october, and receive the 10 buck dividend.
Bothered by the fact, that some of the "insiders" have sold a sizeable amount of shares in the past few days, at this peak price period. Anyone out there have any opinions about this selling action?
Hard to believe this board is dead as a doornail, currently.....
