Garrison Capital Inc. (the “Company”), a business development company (Nasdaq: GARS), today announced its financial results for the first quarter and three months ended March 31, 2020. Net investment income for the first quarter was $2.4 million, or $0.15 per share, and the net decrease in net assets resulting from operations was $28.4 million, or $1.77 per share. The Company’s Board of Directors declared a second quarter dividend of $0.15 per share payable on June 26, 2020 to stockholders of record as of June 5, 2020.
