CONTENTS

On January 5, 2025, Mr. Eli Yoresh tendered his resignation from the board of directors of Jeffs Brands’ Ltd (the “Board” and the “Company”, respectively). Mr. Yoresh advised the Company that he has decided to step down from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Yoresh’s resignation did not result from any disagreements with the Company.
