It seems pretty obvious and unfortunate that whatever resources PMCB has will just be used to support "management" until the money is gone and then they will be gone also. If their technology had any value at all we investors and potential patients would have known something by now. Very sad but true... wishing it were not.

it should like my p+l is showing huge gains in FEMY. We took in a huge amount of shares under 1.00 and PMCB own close to 13 million shares of FEMY. Looks like all my losses from PMCB are covered already from the move in FEMY. ?So sorry to see PMCB wont be trying to use the product in the cure for PC. For those that hate the old CEO of PMCB karma has come back to him. He is not in good health. whatever goes around comes around. If this helps anyone---

Too funny-- Iroquois say in the s-3/a filing:

"Any proceeds we receive from the exercise of the Warrants will be used for general corporate purpose."

General corporate purposes??? What corporate purposes do they have, there are no operations.

Translation more money to pay themselves and their investment funds holdings to make more money.

They make the former CEO KW look like an angel, and he was a fake, misleading shareholders.

What exactly is management doing at PMCB besides drawing money for fees as directors and as board members-- Answer is nothing.

They can't sell the company since PMCB has an unsaleable product that won't get accepted by the FDA. Any patents or rights are not worth anything since there is no product.

Current Board and Directors are set for a long time getting paid because of the cash .

Take the cash away and the assets are minuscule.

At least KW's Scam was using Pancreatic cancer. Iroquois Scam is for a company that was shut down and doesn't have any operations.And they still increase the authorized shares. LOL.

Hey, whatever happened with the IND application? I thought PMCB was refining the work and cleaning up the questions asked of them. Haven't been on here for sometime just curious if someone can give an educated guess. Thanks!
