This guy scammed us all out of our money.

They've done 4 reverse splits in the last 4 years, always followed by dilution each time (share offerings). 

The ceo has destroyed retail shareholders, especially those who bought in 3-4 years ago. Those shareholders are now down 99.9%, lost everything due to the repeated splits and will likely never possibly come close to even breaking even if there was some magical buyout bc their averages are sky high. 


The ceo should face charges. Scum of the earth. Pretends to care about shareholders by handing out a measly dividend just a month or so back, knowing full well he was about to turn around right after and screw everyone with a reverse split. Gave out 5 shares and then stole 20 back for each one you owned two months ago basically.  Criminal behavior. 

DRUG ran from $0.93 to $79!! We may see the similar run with TCBP.

TCBP was trading at about $0.20 on 11/21/22 when it did a 1 for 50 RS. Later TCBP was back down to about $0.20 on 12/15/23 when it did a 1 for 20 RS. Later TCBP was back down to about $0.50 on 8/5/24 when it did a 1 for 10 RS.

0.57 blocks down with 20 - 30.000 in 1 time

Confirmed on ST board as well. 582k outstanding. 

Will have to keep an eye on the o/s figure for the next week. But this isn't an otc, it's Nasdaq. If it was otc I'd say it's the company playing games. But its not. 

So like I said, I can't see it being dilution, especially after the PR this week about $250,000 in "non dilutive" funding secured. 

When they added shares before, they PR'd it immediately as share offerings to raise cash for the clinical trials, etc.

I don't think you are following my question.
I don't believe there is any possible way that every single shares was traded 50 times already today. Some thing didn't add up.

Tcbp's official website confirms 582.02k o/s. Otcmarkets is outdated, maybe bc this is a Nasdaq stock. 

Last I remember pre split, I think it was 9 mil. There was a split also a year ago. So the shares have decreased significantly twice in the past year.

Non dilutive $250,000 funding announced this week, so doesn't make sense they'd be diluting a few days later. Who knows. It's hard to find trustworthy info on it. The S****twits board is more active than here, but many manipulative bashers there. I remember post split months back someone saying the a/s was under 5 mil. 

What are the authorized shares? I can't seem to find that anywhere.

Seen this happen a dozen times before bc it's such a low float and it wasn't ever dilution before. They just got a $250,000 grant too. Don't think they're diluting. It's just already held shares changing hands.

The market cap is insanely low for a clinical stage bio company.

They've already passed a stage 2b in UK. They get well into the FDA ones and a realistic market cap is in the hundreds of millions. 

It's definitely under 1 million after the last r/s. 

Nothing about this stock makes any sense, been in it for almost two years. 

Was trading around $5-$7 over a year ago, then got beat down to well under $1. They did a r/s, became even more of a super low float and o/s. Traded around $4 again earlier this year, climbed up to around $6-$7 again recently. Then on nothing but continued good news and progress (plus a blatantly false Twitter post), it gets beat down to $2, then dumps to where we are under $1 again.
