electrically heated armrests have been selected by Mercedes-Benz as
a prominent optional feature in its all new 2014 S-Class Sedan.
The heated door and center armrests, available for both the
front and rear interior spaces of a vehicle, are featured
components in the newly-designed Warmth Comfort package in the
S-Class Sedan and powered by the proven technology used by Gentherm
in its advanced seat heating products. The armrest heating is
managed by using the seat heating control switch in the door panel
and can be deactivated by Mercedes-Benz COMMAND Online Internet
platform.
