Is this now theirs, or are they still awaiting a decision from the earlier announcement that they received the monies and was denied the status as a strategic company and a decision had not been made at that time to allow Yrcw to keep the monies.

Interesting and awaiting more info for confirmation otherwise nothing has changed.

I can't imagine congress taking back the loan/full loan and jeopardizing all those jobs, but guess we'll see...

as long as they can keep the money they will continue up but if the loan is gone, then back to 1.40 or lower? It could kill the company.
