This is the way it works... Two Hands was supposed to submit a draft PR to Cannada for revue BEFORE a halt request and BEFORE it was halted. But what happened is there is NO PR before dissemination of news in the US. It was halted 4 days ago and STILL nothing. Something is wrong. Now, Two Hands

The daily chart had a support level fail on Thursday but quickly found support again at the 50dma (.0011). The volume wasn't historically significant so I am not reading much into it.
