Osisko Mining Corporation (TSX:OSK)(FRANKFURT:EWX) ("Osisko") is in receipt of
legal proceedings from Clifton Star Resources Inc. ("Clifton Star") seeking
damages in connection with denial of a loan. Osisko will defend the claim
vigorously and believes the claim is opportunistic and entirely without merit.
