Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) and DMT
Development Systems Group Inc. (DMT) announced today a new working relationship
that includes two-way integration between their respective products. DMT's
RAPID! Response Internet lead management will communicate with Quorum's
dealership and customer management system, XSellerator, to provide dealerships
with a state of the art integrated process and system for working with customers
that come in through various Internet channels.


Maury Marks, Quorum's President & CEO and Glen Demetrioff, DMT's President & CEO
jointly made this announcement after signing an integration agreement between
the companies.


Mr. Marks commented, "We both immediately recognized the synergy between our
products and the value we could bring to our respective customers by working
together. It was easy to envision how the products should work together to the
benefit of the dealerships using them. In a nutshell, our DMS, XSellerator, will
keep RAPID! Response up to date with customer and vehicle information on a
continual basis, while RAPID! Response will provide a gateway for dealers to
aggregate, manage and respond to leads coming to the dealership from many
Internet sources. The system can then seamlessly 'push' that lead into
XSellerator when the customer comes in their door. We know many of our customers
were eager to have an integrated Internet Lead Management solution, and we are
happy to be able to announce today that we have found the right company and
product to partner with."
