Yes. Its "SEC DELINQUENT Reporting" peer (STTH) was just SUSPENDED yesterday! So ACTL will be SUSPENDED as well as soon as tomorrow unless the company files all the due financial reports...

I bet ACTL (10B shares Giant AS) will soon further crash to and stuck at 0 x 0.0001 like its Same-Bottom Non-Reporting OTC peer (IFLM: 0.5B shares Tiny OS)!
