These penny stocks always attract posters mentioning reverse splits to rattle stockholders to get them shaken out.

Same here. I really thought there was no way they would let it go this far. First thing when new management took over they should have renegotiated the note to prevent all of this. Might have not been easy but definitely able to accomplish. Instead they let their crony buddy dump the entire note at near zero. These guys are as crooked as they come. 

37 million at .004 is 15 grand maybe

Never ends unfortunately. New management is wants the books clean before going forward which is normally a positive but at this point it's going to be a large float and they are always going to want to clean up the share structure before big announcements too. You know what that means.

Part of those 3's went to me. I have had a GTC order in for almost 3 weeks now and was suprised when they filled today. I will not be flipping them tho. I didnt get that many of them anyway.

Perfect example just like IGPK ran to two cents from the trips last year. Both RITE and IGPK have bigger share structures than we do.

It's hard to say, but someone did buy a lot today. Eventually dilution is going to come to an end. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I still believe this can see multi-pennies once dilution stops and they release some good news. I know it's frustrating to watch but look at how many others went to these levels and then came roaring back on the right kind of news.

News will come. Could be a day could be a week but it's very close.
