Where have you have seen him lie?  There's a diffeeence between lying and being optimistic on closing or timelines when there are many factors involved. Happy to address any "lies".

I haven’t always found him to be the most truthful but no he isn’t lying about the restriction of 25% of the 4 week daily average per day. The better call out is why not buy any of those cheapies yesterday when volume was only 2.5k ? To be fair , while I didn’t understand it fully, I’m pretty sure I did read that in addition to the 25% of volume buys they can do a block buy (once or once a week/month) that exceeds and is in addition to the 25% but I may also have read that that may require an extra step(s)

Ok so I see in their own buyback proposal, they gave THEMSELVES the rule of buying back based on total volume. These guys are amateurs. Why do that if they think it's so extremely undervalued?

This guy is lying about the restriction of share buyback on volume. There is absolutely no restriction on buy volume, don't believe him. The harder part is actually getting the shares transferred from DTC back to the company for retirement. You need special securities attorneys to do that and it's not free either. I'm in stocks with buybacks happening right now, and there is no limit, it's just when they have free cash and want to buy. They can even buy on the ask too, this guy is a snake.

If earnings beat expectations Wednesday maybe itll get us the volume we need for buybacks to commence, then if Button closes shortly after that we'll be able to complete the audit and then we'll be in dollar land

If they chose to start participating in the buyback now, based on tradingview's 30 day average volume chart they have 125,330 average shares transacted a day so 25% of that is 31,333 shares. That is how many they could buy today.

I guess they can buy a whooping 2500 shares today lol

I caught that as well but could have been a slip unless they decided to grab a hunk yesterday cause I think it was 2 days ago now the American Industries X account said they likely wouldn't participate till volume increased. But they may have jumped in yesterday.

Its 25% of rolling 4 week average volume so it would reasonably expcted to be more than that considering we have had 50k to 200k plus shares most days over the last 30 days probably, but I get your point.

Can you clarify for the peanut gallery what the mechanics of that looks like?


Is it an average of so many days?
Can they buy on either side of the spread?
And what is their requirements to notify the T/A?

And my last, what stops the Company from taking this spare capital, give a sweet heart loan to GPLS or ZHUD, to just buy a block of AZRH and call it a day?
Merge in all assets of GPLS into AZRH and recoup those shares down the road?


I've been reading up on a few USAID funding roads and seems legit to me.

I haven’t sold a share, but to be fair price is less than $0.125 and there’s only 2k ish volume so far today. Maybe the ones selling are frustrated or there’s credibility issues? 🤷‍♂️

Ya I'm not touching a single share till dollars personally and I'm sure we will have a number of runs and pull backs on the way to the Nasdaq so just gotta time things as best as possible. And I think they are planning to really start hitting IR once Button closes, at least that's my feeling on it since he keeps mentioning they haven't spent a dime on IR yet but will be before long. Best to get the big fish fried in the pan before you start telling people you have cooked fish for sale. Audits will just reinforce it's a solid buy and hold.

Anytime some new joe schmuck no ones ever seen before comes around boasting about how he's gonna buy up half a million shares once it dips below 10 and sure enough, by eod, its knocking at 10's door, you can bet its one of those dirty stinking rats that works for the likes of CTDL. They love coming on message boards and talking shit.... because thats what they are. Its the only thing they know.

Oh I'm not worried, Im in er' till well into the Nasdaq haha. More or less just surprised by the movement. I think a lot of the people who hopped on for the stock buyback dipped out cause they thought they were gonna make a quick buck and since the buyback won't start till higher volume most likely they decided to dip out. And it looks like most of that went into long holders hands today so at least there is that.

Ya I'm a bit surprised the bottom fell out today. This was certainly not where I figured we would be after all this. Looks like people really can't even wait a couple weeks on things. Maybe they will start buying back after all considering the prices are dropping. I would have been reasonably confident we wouldn't crack below 15 cents again before today and here we are sitting at 12 cents unfortunately. Even though that last trade seemed more like a jab than a legit sale but it doesn't matter cause tomorrow we start off at 12 cents regardless.

I bought twice today. 5 times since Friday's close.

And really, why can't GPLS get a loan from AZRH then buy AZRH shares in the open?. At any price it wants? . Park those shares as an assest for GPLS shareholders. As the price of AZRH goes up, it pays the intrested on the original loan?
We absorb GPLS down the road and AZRH is made whole again.


So at .15 AZRH, it would take 5 shares of GPLS to equal 1 AZRH. 25m AZRH shares to absorb all of GPLS and recoup the 5m. So AZRH float increases 20m. 30m float ain't bad.

I mean money has to be there in AZRH for Cohen to have the PR.
