As of the last quarterly report, Cade Carter still held 2,950,000 shares. Wonder if he has sold any. Would be nice to see he is a long term holder who believes in the future here. If he’s gotten rid of shares over the past 3 months it might explain some of the drop. He must be up huge on his shares so I wouldn’t blame him for freeing up some cash.

Agreed, once that position is out, so long as no other legacy shareholders do the same thing, it should at least help to free up the upward movement when you aren't fighting someone dumping large amounts of shares.

The only bad thing about OTC reverse mergers... legacy shareholders. They've been in since .0001 or whatever so they're massively up on their investment and own so many shares that when they sell the stock takes a big dump. Is what it is.

A quarterly report being really our first recorded snapshot of the financials for the companies merged in will absolutely do something. It will add credence to the argument of this being undervalued. 6 months ago this was an empty shell and now we have revenue producing businesses under the umbrella and a report to point to when we say this is why AZRH is worth X per share. Those financials about to be released are very likely the news unless something else is up his sleeve. We know about Button and we have approximations of operations but this will be the first time we really have a concrete idea of reported financials.

A report won't do sh$t.  We need the news that he was so excited for a few weeks ago 

Looks like we are getting some volume today but unfortunately it appears to be almost all sells per the ihub trades. I fear we may be losing the last of those that were hoping to make a buck on the buyback that started dipping out last week in droves when it didn't start. But yes hopefully the Q report will bolster some numbers and help get us to at least a point of "fair value" from our share structure and financial operations. Plus Button is less than 3 weeks away at most if the LOI date is accurate.

Was able to buy about 33,450 at $.15. Im all out of money for now. Hoping for a good report here in two days. We will see. Cheers

To be honest I've been wondering why they didn't buy some shares last week as well. I know they say they want more volume first but firstly, what is going to generate that volume? (Although this week the ER might do it) and secondly, why not show shareholders you're serious  about your commitment and buy at least a small chunk just to kick things off?

In the post where I was defending Josh comment on commie restrictions I said that while I have found him to be untruthful sometimes he wasn’t lying about that. Thank you for pointing out an example of a small half truth to highlight the difference between those 2 things for the other poster.

So I guess a couple of follow up questions. Since there were a few days of volume much lower than the 25% average daily volume of the last 2 weeks, any reason the company didn’t buy any/more shares at these absurdly low levels? Also can you clarify what I think I read about any additional “block buys” that may be allowed in addition to the ones allowed to be bought in that 25% of daily volume? Thanks!

When cohen says he's spending no money IR - he's saying that in comparison to all of the other micro cap (sub $250M in market cap) public companies that are spending anywhere from $25k - $200k a month and getting the same results re: a stock that's trading and liquid.  In total the company's IR spend is less than $5k a month - so yes he shouldn't be saying he's not spending any money on IR, but what I think he really is referring to is that he has mostly relied on organic reach and following + performance and great press release distribution and coverage.  

$5k a month is money - to your point, I don't know that I'd consider that a lie so much as a slight exaggeration and pride for what he together with all of the companies retail investors and stakeholders have accomplished.

We will also confirm that Cohen has not used this account personally since he did the first portion of the merger with $GPLS and ATC.

Perhaps your command of the English language is challenged. Perhaps you should index how being untruthful at times as you said could be interpreted.

I have found no evidence of deceit. What will happen is too many more insults and he'll just say f... ya all and only put information via a press release . Hopefully he branches out further than just X and Instagram for company events as they evolve

Where have you have seen him lie?  There's a diffeeence between lying and being optimistic on closing or timelines when there are many factors involved. Happy to address any "lies".

I haven’t always found him to be the most truthful but no he isn’t lying about the restriction of 25% of the 4 week daily average per day. The better call out is why not buy any of those cheapies yesterday when volume was only 2.5k ? To be fair , while I didn’t understand it fully, I’m pretty sure I did read that in addition to the 25% of volume buys they can do a block buy (once or once a week/month) that exceeds and is in addition to the 25% but I may also have read that that may require an extra step(s)

Ok so I see in their own buyback proposal, they gave THEMSELVES the rule of buying back based on total volume. These guys are amateurs. Why do that if they think it's so extremely undervalued?

This guy is lying about the restriction of share buyback on volume. There is absolutely no restriction on buy volume, don't believe him. The harder part is actually getting the shares transferred from DTC back to the company for retirement. You need special securities attorneys to do that and it's not free either. I'm in stocks with buybacks happening right now, and there is no limit, it's just when they have free cash and want to buy. They can even buy on the ask too, this guy is a snake.

If earnings beat expectations Wednesday maybe itll get us the volume we need for buybacks to commence, then if Button closes shortly after that we'll be able to complete the audit and then we'll be in dollar land

If they chose to start participating in the buyback now, based on tradingview's 30 day average volume chart they have 125,330 average shares transacted a day so 25% of that is 31,333 shares. That is how many they could buy today.

I guess they can buy a whooping 2500 shares today lol

I caught that as well but could have been a slip unless they decided to grab a hunk yesterday cause I think it was 2 days ago now the American Industries X account said they likely wouldn't participate till volume increased. But they may have jumped in yesterday.

Its 25% of rolling 4 week average volume so it would reasonably expcted to be more than that considering we have had 50k to 200k plus shares most days over the last 30 days probably, but I get your point.

What's 25% off 2,000 shares traded lmao if no volume then no buy back 

Can you clarify for the peanut gallery what the mechanics of that looks like?

Can they buy on either side of the spread?
And what is their requirements to notify the T/A?

And my last, what stops the Company from taking this spare capital, give a sweet heart loan to GPLS or ZHUD, to just buy a block of AZRH and call it a day?
Merge in all assets of GPLS into AZRH and recoup those shares down the road?


I've been reading up on a few USAID funding roads and seems legit to me.

I haven’t sold a share, but to be fair price is less than $0.125 and there’s only 2k ish volume so far today. Maybe the ones selling are frustrated or there’s credibility issues? 🤷‍♂️
