I've stated a few times,  at the time he mentioned a Buy Back he actually diluted into the OS.  It showed in the filings, it wasn't my opinion. 

So yes, it was a ruse. Imo

A while back I was hoping for one less zero heading into the New Year, but now make that 2 less zeros.

I know probably unlikely, being that the pps is so low could they be finally collecting shares for that buyout program?

The past three days including today there was 125 million shares traded for a combine approximately $111,000.

Didn’t they state they were setting aside $150k

I thought we’d been at least the 0.006 high by now.

i argued with oswald so many times over clark, spikes etc. what did oswald do? did deals with those same mofo's. i sold on the day oswald did the deal with clark. that was it and i knew oswald was not outside but just a frontman so they could dump the preffereds.

It's not really about being right. All these have potential of making money, scam or not. But 99.99% of OTC stocks never amount to anything. NEVER hold OTC stocks LONG.

BLEG Share Structure was and still is tasty but to have a CEO go completely dark like this, this early in the small share structure game is definitely something I haven't seen. Usually they raise the AS, dilute, Raise, then RS....then dissappear.

I forgot to mention this possibility in my last post.

We know something is brewing.

Now let me make this point. Not all is lost if the company decides to discontinue the current MJ business model.

Remember, take this in account. If all else fails, we have what is left a great Shell Company and a very attractive share structure that we have ownership and ripe for R/M candidate.

If this is the case. The element left standing is a Shell Company without debt and no business model. As I mentioned yesterday that preferred wants out and this may denote that the company will become a Shell Company looking for a marriage- new private business model. This will be the only value left that puts current shareholders in a very promising position.

Just a thought, but a very valuable one that I know many of you have been in awaiting Shell opportunities.

Not all is lost if this is the remaining option. One reason why I continue to hold and bought into this yesterday for such an outcome.

Public companies that are shell Companies are in high demand and offer unique opportunities for holders.

I agree with you 1000 percent. Dave is $hit and scammed all of us of our hard earned money. This company is toast and poor leadership.

Dave is nothing but a piece of shit OTC CEO that prayed on his shareholders by speaking what we wanted to hear and doing the exact opposite. 

That's what happens when you get scammed by an OTC CEO.  I've been saying for months to not trust otc ceos.  Everyone here kept thinking dave was the next coming of Jesus.

It was clear as day after he said buyback but then shoved dilution up outer arses.

Just checked the UTAH SOS and neither BRANDED LEGACY, ROYAL ENTERPRISES INC nor ROYAL BIO TEK are listed on the site. Last filing stated Branded Legacy was incorporated in UTAH.

What gives?

All it takes is one update with our SS and this dip will be a rip. Added a few trips myself to the stash.

Sold half my position.  Took a loss for a tax write off.  If it was a mistake, so be it.

It is 100% unacceptable that this scummy CEO has not responded to his shareholders that he used to say was so important to him.  What a lie!

IMO they have maxed out the OS, I could be wrong.  But we won't know because the TA is still gagged and we haven't received updates from X.

Stop sign is next if they don't address the Financials soon.  Then EM.  You'd think they already filed the NT by now...?  Nope!

We are in a very precarious place with this company. No announcements, no feedback, no financials, no nothings from the company. However, I am watching the tape in this opening session, and I see many trades going off in the 5th decimal at .0006 and .0007. These are wholesale trades moving in retail. These trades are initiated from a wholesale entity and believe these are preferred. Tells me that the preferred wants out.

As I have stated in the last 2 sessions that something is very much in the works, good or bad doesn't matter to me at this point. The YEILD caused this selloff and is the true meaning of Capitulation - a total bloodbath for existing shareholders.

We will be getting an update from the company shortly, that I am certain of. This selloff will never go unnoticed by the company and believe if anything, they will come out with some sort of explanation.

I will reiterate that something is brewing, and I don't feel it is NOT a 'going out of business sale'.

Now I have said enough and for full disclosure I have never talked to the CEO or emailed or contacted anybody with the company ever. My synopsis is purely based on many years of trading pennies and if I may say, very successful.

I have bought more today at .0006 and now I am gambling.

I do not recommend this as a current buy.

I enjoyed being part of this forum and shared with many great fellow posters a positive and cordial discussion.

With all the previous positive news we’ve received since Dave took over, I thought we’d be breaking our yearly highs, not hitting new lows. Yesterday was really, really ugly. Hanging in, but definitely not what I expected.

Right now the market cap of the company is about $810,000. Who knows what's going on with the company. Are they shutting up shop? Why wouldn't they file an extension of let shareholders know what's going on? Unless with their silence we already have our answer. My thoughts are if they were planning on filing the 3rd qtr report then they would have filed the notification of late filing.

Thanks for your opinion and hope you are correct. Lets see this be the last of preferred share conversions, since the company stated this in their latest PR:

"I’m pleased to confirm that this development positions us to be a self-funded company moving forward, reducing the need to seek additional funding.”

If everything is fine, at the very least the CEO should inform the shareholders and investment community on the status of the business. By just saying everything is fine it makes the CEO come off sounding unprofessional. IMO.

Today to say the least is a capitulation day and is a very ugly session and the number 1 reason is the Yield on the OTC that many current holders through in the towel.

I stand by my analysis from yesterday but holding until this shake and bake ends.

I still stubbornly stand by until we get direction from the company and expect it this week.

I always felt that public announcements on the likes of X can be a good thing to keep shareholders up to date, but many of the company's X's I believe, were a little too much for my reasoning as too and very promising without substantial official backup. Now with that said, I believe that the CEO knew what he was saying/releasing on X to be truth and reason why I feel the company still has a viable business model.

The silent period I explained in my newsletter from yesterday was based on the many releases and where we are today.

I still feel strongly that something is brewing with BLEG and the nonresponse from the company in not answering emails from shareholders tells me that the company's 'Legals Eagles' have told the CEO to keep his mouth shut, Thus the silent period. I have seen this before and not all is based on Bad News, but is this such an event, I don't know, but I can say the Xs from the last few months better be in good standing or there will be some not so good responses.

For now, I stand and still feel we have the silent period that will be explained. Also think FINRA is a factor on why the OTC hasn't been verified to current, especially if there is a Symbol Change and Name Change.

I have been watching the tape and preferred shares are moving into retail as we speak so that tells me that company is active to say the least.
