Those are done by the auditor, NOT by the PCAOB nor by any PCAOB personnel.

The PCAOB does NOTT review and approve any engagement of an auditor nor any audit report.

Think of the PCAOB as a state medical licensing board - it does not review and approve individual patient treatment plans, it simply responds to complaints about licensed medical service providers in the state and, if it finds problems with that provider it sanctions them.

The audit firms and CPAs are like the medical providers, the PCAOB is like the state medical licensing board. Auditors do nott submit audits and revised audits or reports to the PCAOB for review and approval. That is nott a function of the PCAOB.

So the PCAOB has NOTT "had the audit and revised audit". Nor will it ever have that unless it opens an investigation of the audit firm and requires those records as part of an investigation of the auditor.

Maybe you're deceiving yourself.
Nils has a pretty lame track record. Apparently Brookmount didn't own the Indonesian mines it claimed it did. Seems Nils just had an arrangement in place with the owners of the the Indonesian mines where they permitted Nils and Brookmount to assign its name as if Brookmount had ownership.
For Brookmount to acquire the Indonesian mines Nils had to come up with paying these owners, via his way-above-market large purchases of BMXI stock. And likely other money (Australian investor's money; the mystery Australian investor who owns a majority stake in a top tier gold mining company in Australia), and agree to stream 25% net ongoing to the previous owners of the Indonesian mines.
