("DFC"), a California corporation. Under the SPA terms, DFC purchased 1,000,000 Series A Preferred Shares for two hundred thousand ($200,000). Each Series A Preferred Share is convertible into 1,000 shares of common stock. On an "as if" converted basis, the Series A Preferred could be converted into 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock., DFC became the Company's controlling shareholder with a 95.4% ownership position. Pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company's sole director and President, Timothy Moody, signed a board resolution approving the resignations by Timothy Moody and appointing Abe Arnous as the Company's new sole director and President.

Please explain how it's an OBVIOUS scam? We all trading here, these are penny stocks, this thing is up thousands of percent over a period of MONTHS, not days like most of these pump and dumps, who cares if it ends up not being a NYSE, Buffett-owned stock? 

Look at my track record, I'm a trader, not an investor and this thing has and is continuing to make big money for TRADERS.  If you think investing long term(years) in penny stocks is a great idea, then good luck, you may get lucky but more than likely you will blow your account up! 

If it ends up being a legit stock great, but I know for sure I'll be selling bits on the way up, as should anyone who holds shares, can't trust any stocks in any market to go "all in", diversify and ride free shares is your best bet. Maybe it turns out legit, maybe not, but if you already recovered your original investment, you'll be ok. I'm re-evaluating every day based off what the company is giving us and how the chart looks.
