One has to do with updated golden parachute agreements. There's also a paragraph that implies a change in control may occur.

The other has to do with an anticipated product release. I think this new release date is the same one that was anticipated in April.

I've been following $CLSH for years, always have a core position and trade some too.

Great update today, you love to see all the good press they are putting out. This has and always will be a long term hold for me, I know many others share that same sentiment. This hit a high upside of $.389, you can clearly see the value for $CLSH. Especially being in the cannabis stocks sector, load up and hold.

Not sure what to say... It is certainly puzzling here given what the company has accomplished.

this stock is way down like the rest of the potstocks. Is the industry really that bad? Most dispensaries are always extremely busy w/ sales. + City Trees manufactures & distributes their own vape pens. They operate in all cash. Are these potstocks pennyscams? This one always goes up a little then back down, look at the chart for the last 4-5 years. If the Safer Banking Act passes will it help the value of potstocks?

This company has consistently had good revenues on new and collaborative products.

Yes it definitely is, nice to see a comeback today after being down 20%. The eyes are there, it's in need of a solid PR and that momentum will get this back closer to $.07 or $.08 cents. HUGE upside in the cannabis market with already good revenues for the company.

It's gaining momentum...
